They were missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in the Cebuano or Visayan region where they have learned the dialect which they spoke really well. They have been home for a little while now.

Circumcision is the practice of all descendants of Abraham (especially true Lost tribe of Israel) because it is their covenant with ABBA (God the Father). And where did you think Pilipino got this practices of being circumcised? You must think of the deeper meaning of its origin and our history.
Those boys walking so awkward holding their shirt apart from their front are newly circumcised. It is usually done during school vacation from March to May for the young boys. Thats a tradition here in the Philippines that all men should be circumcised at younger age.

@@lisasbangs.5309 lels. if you live down visayas and mindanao, it is common norm to at least speak or understand 2-3 local languages including tagalog. I speak ilonggo and bisaya but i do'n't know why for luzon people it's just bisaya with no distinction. lol.

All these dudes stayed in the Philippines as Mormon missionaries from Brigham Young University , and after their mission they came back to honor the filipino culture. They became so popular in the Philippines specially in Cebu . Filipinos really became so crazy with them as they speak Cebuano dialect fluently
