man that plank after the boat pose was the ultimate killer! I only lasted about a minute before buckling. You seem so calm even after 2 minute that I feel you can probably stay in that position for 5 minutes!

Absolutely love this core workout video! My partner and I do this every day before we do one of your other yoga videos (currently working through Ignite) and we've both become so much stronger because of it. Thanks for the free content, it's great! I've been practicing this workout for a little while now, I'm getting better! However, I wonder if you have any tips on how to inhibit the hip flexors during boat pose? I feel like I can't progress that much because of them. I tried to contract my hamstrings in this pose but I wasn't able to make it work. Thanks again!

work more on glutes and give the hipflexors a break, meaning less boat pose and low boat and more forearm plank and planks 🙏it is easy to overwork the hipflexors especially because we're all sitting way too much they can't handle it all 🙏

This was a really great workout for the core! Thankyou so much! I know this is an older video, but whenever you answer is welcome and more than enough. I just have a doubt that when I am in a forearm plank, more than in the core, I get a much more distracting sensation from my shoulders. Is that normal?

That you find it distracting is up to you, that is a choice. In a forearm plank you're working full body. Your core is not only your abs, but really your entire front side of the upper body excluding arms and legs. Check out the core routine for better handstands on this channel 🙏

When I do the exercise where I'm on my back reaching for my feet, I can't seem to keep from straining the muscles in the front of my neck. I realize these muscles don't need to be engaged, but I can't figure out how not to do it. Any suggestions?
