I’ve been doing these every other day and finally after a month I am able to do the “low boat rocks to low boat leans” part without my brain yelling “tap out.” 🙌🏾

Ohhh my days that was hard but very rewarding. I collapsed a few times and couldn't complete all the times but it will happen eventually👍 Great workouts and one of the best youtube channels around for yoga and strength etc 👍 keep up the good work 👍
Always find myself coming back to this class for a good core strength test. I remember doing this more than a year ago, it was impossible to get through without several breaks. Now I lasted 8 minutes and had to make a small break and then continued till the end :))))) the progress is clearly visible, gonna be back here in a while

The thumbs ups you guys do help so much! Loved this one! Man my entire mid section was on fire. Haha! At one point when it showed what the next part was my brain said, “Oh hell no! There’s no way Desmon!” Lol. But I stuck it through! I’m going to keep doing this one until it gets easy.

It is difficult to see in the video we agree! 1) Focus on breathing slow, 2) Keep the tailbone tucked, 3) Pull your elbows to the toes so that you engage the entire front body and core as if you want to wrinkle up the middle of the mat. Then push the forearms forward and the toes back as if you want to stretch out the mat while still keeping the tailbone tucked. It is indeed very subtle but for sure a killer and SO HARD if done right. Hope this helps!!
Great burner! I was doing it with someone who has previously broken their tail bone. Do you have another pulse program sans the boat rocks etc? Yewwwww love you guys
Thank you so much for your channel! I have become so much stronger through the 28 Day Ignite program. I've started adding in Pulse workouts to my routine, on the core today, I am unable to balance for reclined cycling, low boat to boat (really boat pose in general). Any tips?
