No wonder the USPS wants this video suppressed! Public employees going wild, committing crimes on camera. Whoever is supposed to be supervising them obviously isn't competent.

Just loved how the post officers kept changing their stories trying to get something to stick on you!!! Like the old saying goes, " Throw enough SHIT on a wall, and something is bound to stick! ". And yet, your story NEVER changed! Why? Oh that's right, EVERYTHING was caught on CAMERA!!! WAY TA GO!!!!

Employees threatening customers over something they do not like,what if a child was filming, or a senior citizen ???? I am glad that no one is calling!!

Post Office have really lowered their hiring standards to like super ghetto.

Make complaint to the Post Master general citing the following: USPS LABOR RELATIONS MANUAL 665.24 Violent and/or Threatening Behavior "There must be no tolerance of harassment, intimidation, threats, or bullying by any employee at any level. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the Postal Service." "USPS Employee And Labor Relations Manual: 665.16 Behavior And Personal Habits- Employees are expected to conduct themselves during and outside of working hours in a manner that reflects favorably upon the Postal Service. Although it is not the policy of the Postal Service to interfere with the private lives of employees, it does require that postal employees be honest, reliable, trustworthy, courteous, and of good character and reputation.

You have to read poster 7 correctly. It is in several parts separated by a , you can record in lobby, corridor, foyer. Also record in an auditorium unless prohibited by signs or authorized personnel. The remainder is for in restricted areas. Dont let them read it as one thing, if you do it contradicts itself.

All of these public servants and employees got each other's backs. Police, post office employees anyone getting paid from our tax dollars are all the same and the cops will never treat them like they would treat a regular citizen.

How can the postal inspector on the phone not know the law on recording in public and then giving the employees false information. Pathetic.

They always say that there is no recording on postal property, yet they always have several cameras recording the public. Why is it ok for them to record us but they don’t want to be recorded themselves?? It doesn’t seem right? Especially when they have multiple cameras filming us and you have your ☝🏼one camera. They must be engaged in illegal activities and are afraid you’ll catch it on camera. What a shame 😕! They say they’re not used to being on camera?? Every American had to get used to being on camera wherever we go, it’s only fair our government employees have to do the same. The one’s that are good and doing right should have no fear, it’s usually the corrupt ones that cry over a camera.

They won’t take an assault report because as soon as they showed up, they have already taken a side. Once they take a side their ego will not let them backtrack and do the right thing.

Offither Anderthon didn't want to get involved the first time he showed up and thought it would be best to leave. They leave when they should stay and diffuse a situation and they escalate situations that could be diffused with some simple communication.

the problem got compounded by the first cops on the scene not doing their job, it got worse because second res ponders don't know the difference between policy and law. the first cops should have gotten their asses out the car and reassure the complainants that no law was broken or violated and this would never lead to the second call. now the postal employee is soliciting from the customers to complaint about your activity. great footage guys.

As an American I stand with everyone who knows their rights and chooses to exercise them. I am a huge fan of first amendment audits and I don’t condone ANY of the post office employees actions. However, as an African American woman it saddens me that the majority of the comments are about race. We are all fans of fighting to uphold our rights but in the same breath some will turn around and talk about a person’s race and the stereotypes that fit them. To me that’s a huge contradiction. Some of you will not see my point of view, I know this and that is too bad.

I get the feeling that the police were of the same mindset as the post office staff. They should have arrested the vulgar verbal postal worker for assault ? I get the feeling absolutely nothing will come of this !

Officer Anderson was forced to face the problem he first ignored. He could have handled this properly the first time around, totally unprofessional. Whether the stupid postal employees get this or not is not the question. They were wrong when they approached you and they're still wrong and still uneducated. Best to file a police report and get their actions and behavior on record for the next time they decide to take the law into their own hands, especially the idiot postal clerk with red hair and knit hat.

There are certain people who should never work in a job where they deal with the public. They just don't understand how to properly deal with people. My son works for the post office and he told me that people come in and video all the time and they never say a word about it in the post office where he works. He said he's been filmed many times. Some people are just ignorant!!!!

I understand the point you're making on exercising your First Amendment right. And to educate the public on those rights. However I think you go about it the wrong way. Its my opinion that you like to provoke the situation when dealing with people you can state your case and express yourself in a much more polite respectful way it just turns into a confrontation too quick. At the same time the guy in the leather jacket when he was doing his transaction you got very close to him and you took a video of him. he's not a Public Employee just the average Joe. And even though he's in a public setting you did invade his space he didn't say anything but that could have started a problem. Need to remember he doesn't work for the Post Office. So when you do these audits be a little more professional about it. give consideration respect the others of their own personal space. But don't do it just because you can. If I were in public and I would go exercise my freedom of speech I called you an asshole I am within my right to exercise my freedom of speech. It doesn't make it right that's only the point I'm trying to make you keep doing what you do but just be mindful on how you do it. Thank you.

It is so hard to believe that two Federal Post Office workers along with their supervisor can behave in such a manner & have a job; one threatening a customer with violence & the other employee actually putting his hands on you, the supervisor playing deaf, dumb & blind to behavior of these two misfits. Both of these employees did these illegal acts knowing they were being filmed. WOW! Wonder how these two act when there is no camera!

I'm homeless. And I've been to alot of post offices where they are rude becouse I get my mail general delivery
