Love scone so much and thought of clotted cream whenever talking about scone. Do you think is it possible to teach us how to classify different cream and how to make different cream our own? (Like double cream, heavy cream, clotted cream etc) I always got confused by the terms used in USA/Canada and UK in classifying different cream.
