Cream patisserie recipe, pastry cream from marmalade, with NO added SUGAR, for dessert, puff pastry

Cream patisserie recipe, silky and creamy made from your favorite marmalade, without any added sugar, light and healthy, colorful and delicious, and it can be used on fruits preserve or onto crispy filo dough, in millefeuille.
The ingredients for our recipe are:
200 gr of marmalade (orange)
200 ml of orange juice
20 ml of liquor
300 ml of milk
3 egg yokes
3 egg
100 gr of butter
10 gr of vanilla sugar
5 gr of salt
In a pan onto medium high, we bring the milk to a boil. in the meantime, into a bowl we beat the eggs with the salt and the sugar to be light in texture, then we add the marmalade and the juice and beat in a mixer to have a silky texture.
We take about 50 ml of the boiled milk and incorporate into the egg batter in a drizzling effect, beating constantly. Then we pour the egg batter onto the rest of the milk and whisk on medium heat till we have a thickened texture, we allow to cool a bit, then add the butter and mix well, place into a container, cover with a clear film and put in the fridge to cool down and set.
Once set, we put into a pipping bag, apply onto the our crispy puff pastry, as a millefeuille, sever and enjoy.
