I've been baking for 30 odd yrs,there's s big wide world out there.. go experience it and stay off RU-vid if you think this is most amazing thing In the entire world..life is too short ..yes it's a good vid but..... get a grip FFs. 400° F / 200° C for 10 minutes without opening the oven after 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 325° F & bake in additional 15- 20 minutes 👈 this is the professional baking timing || but my way of baking is different i baked them at 400° F / 200° C for 30-35 mins WITHOUT OPENING THE OVEN
