So I had to come back on and let you know that this is such a yummy soup. My daughter and I absolutely loved it I made some homemade bread and we scooped up every bit of it. The only thing I did different was we did not have any peas so I did not add any, other than that I made it exactly as you had done. I do wish I had some peas because I think these would have been even better. I highly recommend people give this soup a try it is absolutely delicious
I eat soup in the summer and I love it! I'm going to make this now, it's a little different than my recipe I just cooked off some chicken white and dark meat in my instant pot as well. I have all that delicious broth and I have the meat that I need for several recipes this week but I'm going to change one of those to this soup

Made tghis today , and this is Now my Only Chicken Noodle Soup I'll be Making, it was Really Good . Didnt have Peas so i Added Extra Celery And i use Fettuccine Pasta
Update , just finished making and absolutely wonderful, made for my neighbors (of course kept some for me and hubby) they are sick. I have never added bell peppers, what a perfect addition, I also added orzo instead of pasta , but absolutely delicious. Btw I used a leftover chicken I had baked a night ago.
I craved for a chicken noodle soup and I think this might be the best recipe for me. Imma try this! I'll come back to my comment here once I cooked it. 😂
