Creamy Coconut Lime Salmon 

Jeff, that shirt is super flashy! I feel like I'm in some fancy museum when I look at it! :) I also love thick salmon cuts. It just comes out much more buttery on the inside! I love the searing job you did on the salmon, it was perfectly executed! Oooo love me some coconut milk! Lime zest is a great idea for salmon! I love how easy this recipe is! I love this creamy coconut salmon recipe, i like the thick cuts in Salmon too. I like that you used the oil from the protein with all those flavors. Love the ginger garlic chili and coconut milk with soy lemon and cilantro. Perfect combination of sweet savory and acidity! Love this salmon dish! 😋

I'm with you there on the thick cut always if possible. Chiles, garlic, ginger, coconut milk,brown sugar, lime zest!!....ooooomame from the fish sauce and tamri or soy. and the herbs... flavor packed!!! This sounds really good and I wouldnt have thought to use salmon with it. Looks absolutely fantastic especially since you finished it by poaching the salmon in it. Gorgeous Dish man!! Great Job!!

Of course the first thing I thought of was Put the Lime in the Coconut!! So cool to find out that, that's the inspiration for this wonderful dish. The salmon is cooked to perfection, as always, you have the magic touch when it comes to all things seafood. I loved that rich sauce, and pouring it over some rice, sounds amazing. I used to cut salmon into strips and make it a soup the time I used to be a family cook and we call it "sinigang" here in the Philippines. This salmon is definitely delicious when it simmered with coconut milk which adds more creamier. And your wine as usual its really good for sure. Hi Jeff beautiful salmon. Those are belly cut salmon for sure. Coconut oil is a great idea. Those salmon are perfect and that chili pepper added a great depth with that spice. That is a great sauce with coconut milk and fresh lime, I bet it smells so good. Now to move on to your very cool shirt, It looks like a beautiful painting.

I had no idea that cooking lime zest for an extended period of time can make it bitter. Thanks for the tip. I have no doubt that everyone in your test kitchen loved that dish.
