Hey foodies! This right here is an explosion of flavour! Just a reminder...Authentic Jerk Chicken is done over pimento wood however marinating your chicken well will allow you to at least enjoy some of the deliciousness of JERK. You may grill the chicken if you prefer.😄 Enjoooyy!
INGREDIENTS:
2 boneless chicken breasts, rinsed with lemon juice and cool water
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsps wet Jerk seasoning
1 tbsp green seasoning
• JAMAICAN GREEN SEASONI...
3/4 tbsp Chicken seasoning(Use a Caribbean brand)
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
Black pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups dry penne pasta
1 1/4 tbsps Vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 heaped tbsp minced scallion
Bell peppers (3 colours ideally)
3 cloves garlic
2 1/2 tsps Paprika
2 tsps Green seasoning
1 tbsp Jerk SAUCE
1 1/2 tsp Chicken seasoning
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 1/2 - 2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
About 3 slices Yellow Cheddar
About 4 slices Mozzarella
Black pepper to taste
