Ingredients
8 oz (230g) sheep's milk feta cheese
6 oz (170g) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 garlic clove, grated
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garnish options:
olive oil
roasted pistachios, chopped
harissa sauce
diced roasted red peppers
sumac
kalamata olives
capers
sun-dried tomatoes
honey
Instructions
Add the feta, yogurt, and garlic into a food processor that has been fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse until smooth.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil and puree until smooth.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with your favorite toppings.

Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
