The word "admire" is sometimes used very lightly, but I truly do "ADMIRE" you, as a mexican it makes me very happy to see someone spreading the mexican cousine, but most importantly the mexican culture as well and as authentic as you have always done and am sure you will continue doing, cheers!
I make this without the flowers only because I never see them around maybe I have to look closer and I use sour cream and sometimes chicken bullion to season or just salt n pepper it’s just the best taco! With some cilantro and a Serrano on the side!
Rick still rockin' the land line! Can't tell you how much I've learned from you, Rick. I'll be moving to Mexico City soon and will be looking for a way to move to Oaxaca! :D Thanks again
So nice to hear. Thanks. Here's a guide to CDMX: www.rickbayless.com/my-very-idiosyncratic-guide-to-some-near-downtown-mexico-city-food-lovers-favorites/
RRRiquisimo... it’s what I made last night with squash blossoms from the 19th Street Farmer’s Market in Newmarket (...just north of Toronto).... But Rick’s version always looks better than mine...
Rick did you have a slightly different video up, of the same recipe but with tomatoes, on Tuesday? Anyways, I made this tonight with veggies I picked this morning. This is really delicious stuff man. Thank you for posting this.
