Is there any way bot send an email to leads that team members raise this query for them? Once leads successfully solve their query then again bot send an email to user that your query is resolved.
I want to pass input trigger to the flow and return corresponding value. I could do this by using "Get Item" but here I must provide Title eq "Input" and this is not working in an NLP way. User has to provide specific text. How to make NLP work based on input trigger coming from PVA?
@@KeaPointTechTips do you think adding one more data source in between will help overcome that issue? we dont want user to see all entries in SP only the ones they need info for. so we dont want to release the access to all.
The Get item function works only for the id provided matching with id column of list, what if we need to get details based on some other columns instead of id. Which method to use
