You can not copy document library with power automate. You can use PowerShell or third party tool to copy document library. If you have created the content types then you can create a new document library and assign the content type to have all the metadata properties available in the new library.
Hi, I got this error message, please advice The variable 'varPRDaySinceSubmitted' of type 'Boolean' cannot be initialized or updated with value of type 'Integer'. The variable 'varPRDaySinceSubmitted' only supports values of types 'Boolean'.
There is one hiccup I am running into. The date script formats it very nicely, except my dates are off by a day ahead. Example My Due date in my spreadsheet is July 31, but when it's imported to Planner it's showing up as July 30th. Do you know of a way I can update the script to account for the default midnight timestamp it's applying to the data?
This is due to the daylight saving time settings. You can use convertFromUtc to convert UTC time to Pacific time. convertFromUtc will automatically recognize time such as daylight saving time, so you don't need to add extra operations. Try this.
Hi, what have I done wrong if I get the text: Invalid connection, please update you connection to load complete details, when i should select form. (3.27 min in)
Hi, great video! I'm looking to use this feature in a Power App. My app needs to handle images, primarily invoice images, from which I want to extract the date, details, and amounts. It's crucial to identify specific values, like the total amount, and categorize the invoice based on its content. For instance, an airplane invoice should be categorized under travel, and a fuel invoice under fuel. Is this possible with the feature you've demonstrated? Additionally, I have a question regarding licensing. Although we have a Power Automate license, do we need an additional license to use this feature? I know that chatbots for Power Apps cost $20 per user.
I am making a video on how to handle invoices and receipts data in PowerApps using AI hub, probably in couple of days. Yes, you will need power automate premium feature to get access to AI hub features.
@@KeaPointTechTips And also how can I migrate multiple tasks having multiple Columns (Buckets) on trello? Right now I can only migrate tasks in one bucket!
@@KeaPointTechTips Thank you for all this, but unfortunately I have one more Issue. I cannot migrate Attachments, Multiple assignee, Labels, descriptions etc. Please guide me about this.
This video covers the copy documents process only. It is a good idea though, I will make a video on how to Sync SharePoint documents with Azure Storage, probably this week.
Great video!! How can we transform the data? viewing the data in table view is not possible in Power BI, I have a percentage column that I would like to present in percentage but so far it can only be a decimal number (e.g. 0.5 instead of 50%) also I can not remove the thousands delimiter from the column "Year" which I defined it to be a number field in the streaming dataset. Can you help please?
Yes, you can connect to document library to fetch metadata too. Just use the SharePoint Online List connection from Power BI and you will see the document library in the list of selections.
Hi, Great one Thank you. However, power BI is not allowing me to unpivot the data that comes from DataVerse table. If I unpivot, it immediately notifies to move to Import Mode. But I want it in DirQuery mode. Do you have any ideas to solve this issue?
I don't think there is currently a clean way to unpivot a table using DAX. However, it is possible to achieve a similar result, but you'll need fairly need to manual code. For example, to unpivot your bottom table, you could write a union like this: UNION( SELECTCOLUMNS(Targets, "Segement", Targets[Segment], "Qtr", "Q1", "Target", Targets[Q1]), SELECTCOLUMNS(Targets, "Segement", Targets[Segment], "Qtr", "Q2", "Target", Targets[Q2]), SELECTCOLUMNS(Targets, "Segement", Targets[Segment], "Qtr", "Q3", "Target", Targets[Q3]), SELECTCOLUMNS(Targets, "Segement", Targets[Segment], "Qtr", "Q4", "Target", Targets[Q4]))
@@KeaPointTechTips Thank you so much for your script. Yes, I tried this way earlier. it worked. Currently, I found a way DV Table -> SSMS(Unpivot in SQL) -> Added SQL in Power BI as a Query with SQL while loading. Then I got the unpivoted data, then I was able to do transformations as DirectQueryMode itself.
Thank you so very much for this video! I was able to follow your video without any issues. My next task is to schedule these reports to update every 3 weeks (which I can do no problem), and send any changes from the PowerBI reporting, into the already existing SP List (not creating any new items for existing items on the SP list, but allow for modification to the existing columns). Do you have a video that show that as well? If now, would you mind sharing one on how to accomplish this task?
Hi, I don't have a video on this but you can implement this logic in the power automate flow to check if the record already exists in SharePoint (based on a unique ID) and then update the record in the SharePoint list. Otherwise, create a new entry in the SharePoint list.
Hello friend. I keep getting this error and dunno know to solve it: ,"General error","Type=Microsoft.Dynamics.Integrator.Exceptions.IntegratorClientException, Msg=Unable to parse import file 10cc6bd55ee84c99b98002f5f939bec7.xlsx Error details PQOnline failure - Type=System.Net.WebException, Msg=The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request."
“400 Bad Request” is a general error that indicates that your browser sends a request to the website's server, and the server can't process or recognize the client request. Where this file is hosted?
Yes, you can, you need to loop through the source, calculate days different and log each item in a Json object, you can then parse Json, create HTML table and email the table.
@@KeaPointTechTips in my case I can add 100-200 different new items into the list at once, and want them to be approved together, rather than one by one. Receiving 200 emails with approval request for each is too much. Any work around for that?
@@KeaPointTechTips my business case is simple. I add 200 new items on the list and want them to be approved at once, rather than one by one. Any ideas how?
You make it look real easy, but unfortunately, no option showing "Export to Excel" is available when I use either the Teams Desktop app, or the web version... Did good ol' MS change things on us since you made the video 3 yrs ago?
Can you go to the planner app (tasks.office.com) and should see the option to export. I have just checked and can see it. Other thing to check is the level of permission you have on this plan.
I have same question 🙋, but I’m using a powerapps to trigger the flow by hitting submit button, when hit submit it saves a list of data in share point list with same uniq serial number. And I would like to filter this in flow Odata, can you suggest me ?
@@KeaPointTechTips I have a powerapps, with a submit button, In powerapps firstly I fill a form detail’s and like name, email etc and add in my cart which is a gallery so I add list of users and at last I hit submit. Once I hit submit it saves data in share point list, all this list will have same unique number. Now I’m trying to send an email using flow with those user information. Some I can get one user details or all user details, but not the specific list of details. So I’m looking for a answer how I can send only specific list of user details when I hit submit button
Hello sir, can you explain why I can only find "body/value" and not "value" by itself at 3:29 in the "Dynamic content" options in the "Apply to each" step where it asks "Select an output from previous steps"? I'd be most grateful if you could answer this question. Thank you!
Yes, you can trigger a flow on new one note page creation. I will create a vide on this topic over the weekend and publish on Monday, keep an eye over the channel!
@@KeaPointTechTips Thanks for the response . In Blob Storage there is Blob Index Tags can we update them using MS Flow ? or Using CSV is the only way out ?
