For sequencing the Oxi One is more powerful than the Deluge; it has more advanced sequencing modes, and the internal LFOs and MOD lanes can be re-directed to the sequencer to totally change things up (e.g. slowly re-pitch your sequence using a ramp LFO). It's also got more CV/gate outputs than the Deluge (8 vs 2) and you can now map an external MIDI controller to control the internal parameters. But the Deluge wins as an 'all in one' device'. It's got a built in synth engine, plays samples from the SDcard so is a drum player, and is incredibly fun to take with you and jam on. The arranger is good enough to lay out a song and then record to the internal SDcard. In summary if you want an all-in-one drum machine and synth then the Deluge is a winner. If you need a powerful sequencer then I'd go for the Oxi One.
