I'm so happy to be seeing more videos from you lately. I had noticed that they are coming more regularly but also that you seem even more genuine.... like you aren't being so hard on yourself to say everything perfectly but more conversationally. Keep up the good work, your videos are always so helpful!
Imperfection is refreshing to see! I once saw a quote that I now live by, “Anything truly worth doing, is worth doing poorly”. For example, brushing my teeth for 10 seconds is better than nothing at all. Thank you for sharing with us!
I have a dim salt rock lamp in our bed. I’ve also got a very quiet humidifier that I can run lavender or eucalyptus in to really make it comfy. I can’t do too much because my cats do too much. Lol.
I have black out curtains that fill in all the light gaps from my windows, block pollen when I leave windows open, and was amazed last year when I washed them (every 3 months) to find they’d turned purple on one side from sun bleaching. I bought new ones and donated the old ones. 😊
I think you've just solved one of my problems..... I tend to sneeze more in my bedroom than anywhere else in my house. And I tend to woosh my windows wide open in the morning for fresh air. I THINK ITS THE CURTAINS LIKE YOU SAID. It's the dang pollen. Why have I never thought of the curtains?🥺 Thank you x
Hey Sarah! Just what I needed! Lately my nights have been cozy and relaxing with my salt lamps and candles and other soft lighting in my room, I always like to do a quick clean up before bed like putting away laundry or tidying my desk. It’s been raining here the past 2 days so it’s more relaxing. I also like to journal and read before bed. And when I’m ready to sleep I sleep with a box fan noise on Spotify. 🩷🩷😁
Great tips! I love the eye masks that are a bit "hollow" meaning they don't actually press against your eyelids, which can be a bit annoying. They stay pressed against the nose forehead and around the eyes only. They other thing that I started doing religiously before sleep in the magnesium spray. You spray your arms and/or legs and it just absorbs through the skin. I definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep.
I have a sunrise alarm clock and love it so much. Mine has 2 alarms and I have the first alarm set to no sound and just light. So 15 mins before my actual alarm I can wake up to just a nice low light and enjoy the quite in the morning before I have to get up.
Hey Sarah 😊 How have you been doing? Honesty, I really enjoy watching your every videos. Tonight, I was watching an old one, which was on 5 haircare tips you had uploaded 7/11 years ago. I truly loved that, haha. And, this one I loved, too. As always, your voice, every contents is therapeutic for me. And, one thing I miss your haircare vlogs with your sister in law Sarah Ashley. I miss her so much. I wanted to suggest that you should open up your bangs on your forehead area. I think your old hair look with bangs suits you the best and adorable Sending lots of love from Bangladesh. 🩷🩷🩷
You are organic and pure because you follow chemical-free everything! I hope you find someone as clean, pure and free of toxins as you! 🐭🥰 I'm sensitive to sound and iPhone has a feature called Background Sound that offers five types of noises such as balanced noise, bright noise, dark noise, ocean, rain and stream. It allows me to sleep without interruption and I normally put it on stream noise because my ears are sensitive to bird noises as it agitates me. 😈
would LOVE to see some videos showing your go-to outfits! I know you don't do many fashion-type videos, but I think you have such a beautiful fashion sense.
I'm a kid watching this at 11yrs old and I love this channel so much and love Sarah's hair and voice and everything just such a relaxing channel ....keep up with the good work Sarah again love ur vids ....watch u everyday
Thank you for the great information, Sarah. I've watched your videos for many years and always find them so useful and enjoyable to watch. Can you please let me know what affirmations you listen to and where to get it from?
hello my beloved you send out so gentleness. my tip is for years I always sleep in nudity and cleanliness and with an eye mask for a soft, pleasant sleep. thanks for sharing your tips❤
thanks Ava!! Updated shower routine is on my list and the jumpsuit I am wearing is from a boutique in Ojai, California I got when I was visiting my brother and sister-in-law last year ❤
@@holistichabits I’m fan girling that you replied thank you for sharing where it’s from I’ll have to check that place out and I’m so happy to know a updated shower routine is on the list. Thank you for making my life healthier. Last year I randomly became allergic to a fair amount of chemicals I’ve used all of your tips. I’ve also wanted to have clearer skin and your tips have helped give me the skin of my dreams. As well as I’ve wanted waist length hair for almost 2 years and using natural shampoo and conditioner and oiling my scalp using a wooden brush have given extremely healthy and thicker hair. You will never know how much I appreciate your existence. I love you with all my heart Sarah😍🥰❤️🤍
💗💗Thank you so much for sharing the essentials of life with us.💗💗 My underarms are sweating profusely. my underarm smell is so bad. I didn't have this problem before. 🥺🙏Please tell me a cream or oil and serum that I can use for that. Thank you very much if you explain it in a video.🌼❤️
I'm slightly confused, you don't have a TV or your phone in your room, but you said you listen to affirmations as you go to sleep. How do you listen to them? Like where are they coming from?
hi i like to listen to asmr to sleep, like you affirmations, but i need to have earbuds in to quiet my mind.(i dont like wireless) i worry about sleeping next to my computer , how do you listen to your affirmations?
Thanks for the tips! Just wondering: how do you listen to affirmations if your phone is in your bathroom? I've been considering listening to affirmations as well, but the idea of having my phone on for a good portion of the night connected to wifi or cell data doesn't entice me
Hey i really want some help, does anyone with slight wavy or straight hair have random kinky / curly very thick hair strands on the crown area? I don't know what to do with them or why is it happening, please anyone do help.
