I so need to hear this. As I am scrambling on a super tight budget (2 kids in college, 3 still at home) to redo what we have left after kids and dogs have ran wild for years😂😂😂😂.
One of my most beloved collections is a set of 9 framed prints of birds nests. They came from a book my naturalist grandfather owned and I had them framed by my uncle who runs a frame shop. They cost me nothing (and my grandfather did the hard work of removing them from the book many years prior) but they are precious to me. I don't know that its a style but I think nostalgia and sentiment are strong elements in any home and should be given free rein. That approach can cost very little to nothing but makes a home so much richer than just buying stuff to fill a space. Great interview! Thank you for introducing us to another wonderful resource.
Lisa I could tell you were not feelin good. Rest, liquids, I had a horrible cold when expecting my first. Got real sick. Please rest and do not over do it. Love your channel. Love your home. Peace.
We are looking to add some type of fireplace to the master bedroom. We have a beautiful fireplace in the family room.Would love a real fireplace in the bedroom but can't imagine that cost. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks 😊
