I have been a loan an auto finance LO for 20 years. Just passed my license and God willing I will venture into Mortgages. It is nerve wrecking but your positivity eases those nerves. Just wanted to say thank you for your great advice. I'm %100 committed.

Change the approach. Don’t quit. Keep going on interviews and tell them “I may be new but I have a book of business (friends, family, cell contacts) and I will bring in deals”
