Intimate portraiture well done and in an easy way. The young model Camilla is so important for she is cute and well built. Alessandro you have a nice video on less sophistications but so sensitive way. Nice light available.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad you appreciated the intimate portrayal and the simplicity of the video. Camila's natural charm and the available light played a huge role in creating the mood for this portrait. Thanks again for your support! 🙏📸
Great photo session Alessandro and a lovely natural model! Superb first location with those frosted windows acting like a massive soft box. I’m hoping you don’t suffer from back problems,as I like you am pretty tall and like shooting from down low! Such a great rapport with your model who instinctively knows how to move in a subtle way.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the photo session and the natural vibe of the model. It's always rewarding when the location contributes positively to the shoot, and those frosted windows indeed created a perfect soft lighting effect, which is so crucial in portrait photography. As for the back issue, you're spot on! Being tall does have its challenges, especially when it comes to capturing those low angles. But, as they say, we do what we must for the art! It's all about finding that balance and ensuring proper posture as much as possible. And yes, the rapport with the model is key. Having a model who understands movement and can express subtly really brings the photographs to life. It's always a pleasure to work with someone who instinctively knows how to pose and move, making the job of capturing those perfect moments a bit easier. And Camilla is awesome. Thanks again for your observation and appreciation. It's comments like yours that make all the effort worthwhile!
That was a useful video. I'm not a fan of tattoos but each to their own. I just don't understand why models don't smile, she looked so prettier when she smiled.
Thank you for watching and for your comment! I'm glad you found the video useful. Regarding the smiling, in fashion photography, models often go for a more neutral expression as it allows the focus to be more on the attire and the mood of the shoot rather than their personal expression. It's a style choice that helps to create a certain aesthetic. Thanks again for your input and support! 😊📸
Thank you for appreciating the shoot! I apologize for the audio imbalance in the video - I'm still in the learning process when it comes to video production. I've taken your feedback to heart, and I believe I've fixed the issue in my latest video. Please do check it out and let me know your thoughts. Your feedback is invaluable as I continue to improve. Thanks again for your support!
I like this video a lot, Alessandro. I've watched it three times now. The multiple wardrobe changes was definitely a plus. Maybe a little more variety with the locations too next time? I'm a sucker for classic romanticism, so the session on that small balcony was my favorite. Very European. Looking forward to the next videos in this series.
Thank you so much for your continued support and for watching the video multiple times! I'm really glad you enjoyed the wardrobe changes. Your suggestion for more varied locations is duly noted and much appreciated - it's great to get ideas for future shoots. I'm also delighted to hear that the balcony session, with its classic romantic feel, resonated with you. Stay tuned for more videos in this series; I'm excited to bring you along on this creative journey! 🙏📸✨ The next one is coming soon.
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It's always a pleasure to work with someone who brings such beauty and energy to the shoot. Your encouragement means a lot to us and motivates us to continue creating content that you'll love. 😊📷
Thank you so much for your positive feedback on the shoot and the tips! I'm delighted to confirm that, indeed, the Leica Q3 was my trusty companion for the entire session. It's quite a remarkable piece of equipment. The digital crop feature of the Q3 is a game-changer, effectively giving me the versatility of a 28mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 90mm lens, all in one compact body. This feature eliminates the need to carry multiple lenses or change them during a shoot, which is incredibly convenient and allows for more fluidity in capturing diverse shots. During the session I used mostly 28mm, and 50mm. Thanks again for your interest and support! 📸🙌
Camilla made it easy for you. Wonderful micro movements, basically continual. Explains the 1/200 shutter speed. The music was too loud and narration too quiet; caused me to adjust the volume repeatedly. Annoying, and I missed a lot of your narration as a result. Not your fault, but I didn’t love the music. Still, a video you should be proud of. And Camilla too.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! I truly appreciate your kind words about Camilla's performance. I'm still quite new to RU-vid and video editing, so every element I add, like the voiceover in this case, is a learning curve for me. I understand the issues with the audio balance and apologize for the inconvenience it caused. It's feedback like yours that helps me improve. I'll certainly take your comments into account for future videos to ensure a better viewing experience. Thanks again for watching and for your support. I'm glad you liked the video, and I hope to keep growing and enhancing the quality of my content with time and experience!
@@theactofseeing An excellent video for a self-confessed beginner. I would not have guessed. Much more advanced than my few and poor offerings on my channel. Subscribed, and looking forward to more of your work.
Nothing to learn in this video, he doesn't even show his settings. Just another video of a very pretty ant talented model, which you can´t even learn more about since he just calls her Camilla, without a last name o Instagram account.
Thanks for your comment! It's understandable that Camilla's charm might have been a bit too captivating. However, if you give the video another watch, you might notice that I do discuss and show my camera settings quite clearly (6:34 and 10:59). Photography, like any art, often requires a keen eye for detail - both in front of and behind the lens. Maybe on a second look, the technical aspects will be more apparent. Happy shooting!
Hi,The model lady started at a much earlier age, she needs to mature a little more, if you ask me, she looks very novice and cannot pose well, and her face looks very cold when she looks at the cabin
