@@InjusticeJoshjust a guess cause I damn sure didn’t buy it but maybe there’s special editions where these are available and the regular dvd only comes with the movie
@@TBHJR someone with that long of beard should remember when first blu rays came out were lacking these extras. you see them now and on anniversary collections. you can even youtube old videos if you want see for yourself then they were lacking these.
Wow I had no idea the batcave was real. I thought it was all CGI. Shame I didn’t appreciate it. Also the camerawork for the plane sequence was so good.
This movie had a lot of good things and Keatons Batman was done well thankfully. I think this movie had competent people working on it but WB not being able to make up their mind with the direction they wanted to take the DCEU, of course the bad CGI and the off screen behavior of the actor playing The Flash is what ultimately tanked this movie. A shame Keatons return got wasted in this movie because he still had a screen presence as Batman. Warner Bros should have done a Dark Knight Returns movie with Keatons Batman.
Why can’t they do a serious TV adaptation of Tim’s & Michael’s Batman. They built it and the original was a painting on glass. They must of gone into work smiling. Amazing work.
The movie had major flaws, but honestly everything with Keaton as Batman was amazing and just spot on. It really felt like the original Keaton version coming back, and I loved all of it.
@cyclopstb The film has already been erased and deleted from WB servers. At best there's some rough cut pieces of footage from the film looked away in a vault somewhere.
@@sergejjakovlev3716It’s almost like The Flash was passed around from director to director and writer to writer (reportedly 45 total), constantly being altered again and again for years and Muschietti was handed a mess. I’ll bet a legendary director couldn’t even save that film.
@@sergejjakovlev3716I mean the script was atrocious but he didn’t write it. Also, the Batman scenes were absolutely badass. If he’s given a great script for The Brave and The Bold, then he’s got it down.
what the fuck are you guys saying..this movie was hilarious and dope as hell..bvs is a favorite..the extended version but this movie was pretty badass i think
To the lady who mentioned ‘the Batcave in the Flash movie was the best made.’ Let you know, as a fan of Batman and his Batcave no offence taken, the Batcave was indeed very impressive and well made, and along with Keaton, it’s your right to say it’s the best made, nicely done 😉👍🏽
There's something really special about fans from 3 decades ago are now storytellers in their own right, influencing the next generation of storytellers. The production of a full scale Bat cave is the highlight of the movie since people who bought tickets mainly wanted to revisit their childhood memories of the 1989 Batman movie, and both the cave, the suit, and the Batmobile together took them back to 1989, I really don't know anyone who went to see The Flash for the Flash, but for all the 1989 Batman scenes with Michael Keaton, it was a love letter to fans of that era who are adults now.
I went to see it because I liked the characters and knowing it was one of the last chances to see these actors play these characters. Was very satisfying to watch. And of course The Flash was the funny one. So what was not to like?
As they say. Noone sets out to make a flop. A lot of people there tried their damnedest. But in the end. No. The script wasn't there, and the direction faltered during the reshoots. It's also interesting to see that they opted for a giant LED wall to make the waterfall in the far background cave. I do wonder how muche was gained in the end by that move instead of a greenscreen. Or just a grey/white screen with some light roto. It just feels a bit wasteful when it ends up lookung like a CGI set extension in the film anyways.
The thing I like about Micheal Keatons Batman is that in that version they’re not afraid to make everything comic booky, and anytime I criticize one of the newer Batman movies on what it’s missing I always get thrown the “it’s a realistic take on Batman” like at this point what’s not a realistic take on batman? everything Batman is trying to be realistic even though Batman himself isn’t realistic
Everything in this movie worked for me. The big problem it's what's not in it; it's little weird to have a sidequel to Man of Steel and show every Superman except Henry Cavill, but then I remember they couldn't get Christopher Reeve in 1984's Supergirl and it's almost poetic to have the same problem again.
Indeed the movie was great, I loved it! Screw the haters! Andy has such a great eye for shooting and framing Batman's sillouette. Both Batfleck and Bat-Keaton looked majestic and straight out of the comic pages when he shot them!
THIS BTS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! MICHAEL KEATON IS THE BEST BATMAN! I was LUCKY ENOUGH to do an interview with MICHAEL KEATON'S MOVEMENT DOUBLE CARL NEWMAN, over this past year whom actual wore the 1989 SUIT PERFORMING stunts and is also featured in some of the MOST ICONIC scenes/shots from the 1989 film. He worked closely with TIM BURTON as well as JACK NICHOLSON while on set, and speaks about his experience in GREAT DETAIL. Feel free to check it out! I'd GREATLY APPRECIATE IT 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇
Last time I checked they build a whole practical cave for Ben Afflecks Batman as well! And it was also really big . I don’t understand what miss muschietti is talking about .
Honestly, I think the movie was good and funny. Only thing is the CGI was terrible and the scenes inside the time travel wormhole were so dense, other than that, I really don't understand all the hate.
The cake still managed to be less of a monstrosity than the movie. What a waste of Keaton's legendary Batman. One of my favorites. Literally the only great part of the movie.
I love Keaton, but he was too small for Batman. It was Burton’s vision, the suit, the car, and the overall look of Batman 89 that makes it a classic...but I do love Keaton.
It’s a shame they spent all that money on the cave set when they could’ve made it CGI since it was mostly dark inside anyway. They could’ve spent that money on developing a better script around his parts. Michael Keaton’s parts were the best part of the movie. I wish they would have stuck with Zach Snyder’s concept of the flash instead of going with Josh Whedon’s clownish over animated joke version. Ezra is actually a decent actor when focused and could have pulled off a more serious role I think.
The movie was ok but people at WB along with DC studios need to stop adapting Flashpoint. It was done in animated movie and CW show, adapted into “used to be”first the Flash standalone DCEU movie was rush and stupid
cgi wasnt great but this movie was excellent and ezra going nuts ryined this movie unfortunately...WHAT A SHAME..I ACTUALL LOOVVEE THIS MOVIE...heart felt, funny aSs movie with keatin batman!!!so awesome
So sad to know that the bat cave was actually a set. I thought 80% of the movie used CGI sets. The way it was filmed and washed in this nasty teal and orange color filter (Hollywood..please STOP with this color grading already. It's awful). Also, I don't remember the details on the batcave. All this work was put into it, but the final product barely paid any attention to it. I only remember seeing a few metal bars, maybe some walls and lots and lots of dark shadows. They might as well have made it CGI. This is a problem with direction and cinematography not being present where it should be. When I saw this movie... all I kept thinking was... why the hell did they not just make a full Keaton Batman movie??? With the right script, it would have worked! Creative talent is so incredibly hard to come by in Hollywood. The people that work in film... They know their tools. They know the pecking order. They've been educated. But creative talent? You just can't seem to teach that to anyone. Either you have it, or you don't. The set builders did their job, passionately. The but the people behind the cinematography, didn't respect the hard work. Whether it'd be the fault of the script or the director himself, the end result wasn't nearly as breathtaking as it should have been. The man (Michael) still has the energy of a young person and for more extreme stunts (much like in the 89 movie) a stunt double could come in to do the physical dangerous stuff. I really wish he had his own standalone movie. He did great in Flash. I can't wait to see him in "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice".
Crap movie that WB destroyed, could have been so great, but it they want it to be goofy and ridiculous… and with and really old Batman, 80% of the time it was a stunt double. Wonder why it flopped big time. Make the batfleck Batman movie.
Just had to kill him, didnt you. Given a chance, youd probably kill off Rambo, Rocky, Dutch, Martin Riggs, Michael Knight, and the entire A-Team just for your one shittieee movie

What utter trash, The movie was a mess, and seeing the behind the scenes you can tell just how clueless they really were, They call it the best Batcave there is literally nothing in it that makes it stand out, Bringing Back Keaton was a mistake they put him in the worst movie possible, And canceling Batgirl was a mistake too, What they should have done is use Ben all throughout the movie and at the end brought Keaton in and line it up with Batgirl like the original plan, This didn't work no wonder the DCEU failed it was in the hands of clueless people who didn't have an idea on how to tell stories that matter with characters that matter and even Actors apart from Ezra that matter, Honestly the DCEU had the best cast apart from Ezra and they screwed it up. The new DC Universe I hope doesn't turn out the same way but we all have our doubts.
Everyone is still complaining about this movie lol? Wow. People amaze me. Get over yourselves. Was it a masterpiece? No. But dang it wasn't bad either....
