@@kendelkay I read it in a book once, you say it out loud and really picture your heart and soul being set free, I also prayed since I believe in God, and so I said out loud: Father God, please break all soul ties I have w (name), and help me to heal fully and move on, in Jesus name amen. And then it was like I felt a weight lift off of me and then there was zero feelings towards my ex. Love your new videos and wish you a very blessed 2024!

My mom loves that Trader Joe’s Candy cane tea. She stocks up cuz it’s seasonal. Hey! I am from Encinitas and moved back there after my break up (I’m not there anymore) but the best thing for me was going to the beach! Automatic serotonin boost & anxiety relief! I’d meditate, sit on the beach alone, and do long walks starting at D street and walk up north toward Leucadia. My fav is also swamis beach!!!! And Cardiff state beach & Beacons!

Just do the same things you did when u were a sahg… I watched bc it was like the life I wanted if I didn’t have to work. It helps remind me to stay peaceful and balanced. I think if ppl continue to get the boost of peace and balance from ur content, that’s perfect! Think ab how ur old content that u enjoyed doing made ppl FEEL when it did well… and do more things that create that feeling in others. That is why ppl watch!!!

I first started watching you out of a curiosity around the SAHG lifestyle of other SAHG. I am basically a SAHG too so it is interesting to see how others live within that community. I honestly stopped caring about the SAHG stuff pretty quickly with your videos and just really enjoyed watching for you. It's fine if you rebrand to a lifestyle vlogger or whatever sort of content creator you want to be. I just really enjoy your energy and personality.
