Thanks for watching Damian K, yes it definitely would be easier to learn the process for someone doing this for the first time but I just found that there's a lot of in depth tutorials around this on youtube so I thought that 30 min tutorial would be boring )) If you still need help with it, you can have a search based on the step you are struggling with. The rule that worked for me is to not beafraid to play around on your own, that's actually how I did hair in blender for the first time )). And yes it can be used in games!

Not sure about real time sync, maybe an addon can do that but you can track it from a video of you.

The addon is unwrapping the model automatically, you just need to choose the type, mine was "max face" ))
