I have used private money multiple times. However... I would never recommend using friends or family members for this! There is always a risk of something going wrong and the potential for ruining that relationship. No amount of potential profit is worth losing relationships over. I would recommend finding high earning professionals such as doctors or lawyers. These people usually have a bunch of money that they want to passively invest and have no extra time. In my opinion they are the perfect match!

I watched all real estates videos presented by Grant Cardone and Robert Kyosaki. I'm watching from Australia and Kris Krohn videos fits my standards. His presentations using his illustrations and explanations are very cleared and easy to pick the parcels together, makes me want to start my real estates here in Australia Queensland states. I'm a business woman online Pacific Islands Boutique stores and 2 physical shops and I just attracted to the real estates with no more fear to just jump start straight away.
