Did you try factory reset to solve the earbud not working issue? For any items with battery, it will slowly lose the battery percentage over time If you do not use the earbuds for a few weeks… Before using the earbuds, i always recommend to fully charge the earbuds and casing first, and then start using it If the item is still not working, creative zen air comes with 1 year limited hardware warranty. Kindly contact the Creative support in your area
In terms of sound quality, ANC (ANR), battery life etc, Outlier Air V3 is way better than Zen Air. Outlier Air V3 is considered as the premium mid-range wireless earbud series in Creative, while ZEN Air is the entry-level ANC model
Not to say that the Zen Air is really that bad. If you don't care about app support and you want something smaller and more compact than the Outlier Air V3, then imo the Zen Air is the best budget, entry-level ANC wireless earbuds in the market right now for Sound quality and Mic Quality. For me, I will use the Zen Air for daily commute between workplace/School and home. And I will use the Outlier Air V3 for VERY long hours listening.
You are comparing an in-ear ANC wireless Earbuds (Creative Zen Air) with an Non-In Ear No ANC wireless earbuds (Airpods 1st Gen) this is like [Comparing Rice to Noodles], which is totally different. imo, if you don't llike things to stick inside your ears, you will never appreciate In-ear Earbuds and the benefits which come along with it, such as Proper Seal to promote better music and sound enjoyment and blocking out some of that environment noise. similarly, if you don't like on-ear earphones, you will not appreciate the ease of that simple "Wear-n-Go", whereby you don't need to keep changing the silicon seal to get that right seal and fit in your ears.
Its built for music and not really built with phone call… On the other hand… wireless earphones which are meant for phone calls, music quality usually will suffer
ah! Of course I understand. Its The opening statement... "After reviewing the Creative Outlier Air Version 2 and the Outlier Air Version 3 ANC wireless earbuds, I was very impressed with the sound quality and the astounding battery life....." I don't see any issues since I was talking about my past reviews with Creative earbuds and then I link it to Zen Air
