Viking is my absolute favorite Creed together with Bois du Portugal, then Aventus, Silver Mountain Water and Green Irish Tweed. Not your typical top 5... My Viking performs pretty bad though, people around me dont seem to smell it like I can.. Fades away from the skin a little too fast to, oh well.. Def not worth retail price lol if we're looking at performance.
The performance of viking is great on my skin. Around 16 hours not lying. So its not worth a retail price for you, but its not a fact. It depends on the chemistry one has with it
Love viking probably my favorite creed so far . its sucks about the inconsistencies with caps & that red tape that is totally unacceptable especially for a high end brand like creed.

I just received Viking yesterday and also have the same issue with the back of the label. I need more time with it but is good, is not a common DNA like Aventus, Original Santal, GIT, etc. I agree, Royal Oud, Himalaya and Virgin Island Water are also one of my favorites from the house.
