Maybe a couple months jailed after the second time, but usually they get to plea out and keep abusing children. Then there’s apparently no punishment or charge for failing to register as an offender. Look at the Jeremy Dewitte case. One of the court videos they say ‘failing to register’ is one of the reasons he violated bail or parole, but then the judge dismisses any charges related to it and bonds him out, again. Why does our country not care in the least about protecting children?

Well for this case in particular he was put on trial for these charges. However, if you pause and read the aftermath part, you can see that Perverted Justice deleted all the evidence when the court asked to see it. I don't know why they did that but Ken just skipped over that part. He skipped in twice lmao.
