basically a black hole kinda thing that flips what it eats, if it eats creep spits it out as anti-creep, and vice versa from what I played not sure on how exactly it works tho
IIRC it has something to do with floating point numbers overflow. Basically it accumulates so much creeper/AC that it overflows the assigned address and it flips the sign bit.
