I have the same GoPro! The best way to do it is use a laptop or computer to edit and render the videos on Davinci resolve which is a free software and then upload them to RU-vid that way. When you download the videos from the GoPro to phone the get compressed, then when you upload it they get compressed, then they have to process which also compresses them so it’s best to eliminate the compression where you can
