So we saw the hack that Jess at Oklaroots did for lining the Linds Handmade Purse Pal with glitter HTV instead of fabric, well here is a video on how to do it on your diecutting machine!
When cutting your fabric viny, make sure to put the pretty side of the vinyl, FACE DOWN on your cutting mats. Also, you can use a cricut easy press to apply your HTV to your purse pal pocket. Make sure to use you teflon sheet to protect your fabric vinyl.

I too recently purchased the Purse Pal pattern after watching Jess and Linds. What an amazing informative tutorial you have posted for us also! What a time saver! Thank you! The Bonded Denim setting worked like a charm for the thicker vinyls. I found that the thinner vinyl cut perfectly on the Bonded Cotton setting.

Thanks so much for showing us how to use the Cricut software to do this. I was going to shrink it down, but I know that would be a guess! Love it! I will be cutting quite a few at a time. I have to remember to mirror if I put the vinyl for the card lots face down.

I love that there is an easier way to make a HTV lining. Can you take us through all the steps on the Cricut Maker? I have a new machine and haven’t used it yet. I would Love to make the PursePal ❤️ I have the pattern but haven’t made one yet, thanks 😊

I have the pattern but for the life of me I can't get the lining right with full zipper cut out, is there an svg file for that

You can just use the contour function to remove the angled and straight cut lines on the lining....it is much easier than adding a shape and welding as you did.

Obviously I'm new to cricut I just set up my explore 2 today. When you sliced it did it automatically slice and make the yellow rectangle the size of the blue piece?
