I’ve seen these videos many times. In most cases, it doesn’t involve my home borough of Staten Island. Not to say that things don’t happen on Staten Island, but compared to the rest of New York City, the crime is way less. It reinforces how much I actually like that we’re the forgotten borough.

Crime is "down" because some victims stopped reporting the crime. If you let the criminals out without bail, people will fear retaliation from the criminals.

I quit that job after 2 years. To see a paycheck of $850 every two weeks after taxes and without killing my self with overtime is a joke! I struggled to pay rent, buy food, and use public transportation. Then the job is so dangerous at that because those parents are worse than the kids. Not worth the stress and my sanity

do what they did in the 50s prisons take away there rights ,no air conditioning in summer, heat in winter should be 67 bread and water sleep on straw beads 3 blankets ,lose your rights ,no phones, no roaming the halls in prison, 1 hour outside
