Crime wave concerns rise in neighborhood after broad daylight hit-and-run 

The Ring video is difficult to watch, but it shows the start of crimes that residents in a Wedgwood neighborhood worry could become more frequent.
On a sunny midday in April, you see an SUV speeding down 40th Avenue Northeast, a dead-end street.
A man is walking up the street, the video then shows him being hit by the vehicle, rolling on the hood before he pops up. The car speeds away.
