There was a girl I was in the same classes and orchestra with in junior high that was Iranian, and when we all first got there she dealt with so much shit similar to your experience. Reading some of these comments gave me physical pain. I’m pretty sure i lost vision in my left eye, had 15 muscle spasms, lost hearing in my right ear, broke 2 ribs, had 2 seizures, and fell down 2 flights of stairs.
