BREAKING NEWS: Playboi Carti has tragically passed away due to lack of slime. Scientists say song titled “Death to Mumble Rap” may have contributed the shortage of slime in Playboi Carti’s body.
@@breastmilkgaming It's incredible how many people are completely ignorant of the fact that cardi actually significantly influenced the works of many great authors like Homer, Shakespeare and Goethe.
It's just a bad version of "Slim Shady- hotter than a set of twin babies in a Mercedes Benz with the windows up when the temp goes up to the mid eighties"

@@hiphopheaven nah, we aren't doing "both sides on this"; especially since this song is literally about how much better they think they are than those less lyrical rappers, but in reality it's a bunch of meaningless filler.

Can we talk about how the first guy is even deadass ripping off Eminem’s movement style in music videos (like the grabbing at the cage wall and shaking his face) This is every stereotype of nathancore rap combined
The “No stability in the Middle East, Benghazi, Hilary” line would’ve been pretty good if… 1. He worded it better, instead of naming buzzwords. 2. If Benghazi wasn’t in Africa.
I feel the points y'all are making. But only to a certain extent-- Mac lethal is a dude thats made songs with artists like Slug, Murs, Sage Francis , Ces Cru, Tech N9e and Immortal Technique. He's not just some Eminem fanboy
@@lukethykim9964 Kanye's verse on Gorgeous is better than anything Eminem's done in a while. "Penitentiary chances, the devil dances And eventually answers to the call of Autumn All of them fallin' for the love of ballin' Got caught with 30 rocks, the cop look like Alec Baldwin...." Now that's what you call a GOOD verse
TIA dude did you watch the video.....? “Lyrical Miracle” rap is when “lyrical” rappers say shit just to rhyme but it makes no sense, are extremely weak bars, or just to prove how fast they can rap like the examples Anthony pointed out.
Jebalita BattleBush 1. Theyre plenty of “mumble rappers” not from the hood. (That was a big yikes) 2. I mean if you can’t understand what Lil Pump is saying i don’t even know what to tell you lmao
Al Coholic but that’s the thing, Lonely Island would make this song and it’d be funny as fuck. They’re actually trying to make a serious song and try and make a point here, and it comes off as a satire/comedy song.
@Ki E don't get me wrong lyrics in rap is really good, but just some mumble rappers have really good beats and you can't deny it, and ngl lie sometimes lyrical rap on the aux isn't that well ya know
@Ki E let me ask you this yeah lyrical rap is great.better even. but you can't deny the instrumentals and vibe so when were talking about music in general it doesn't matter if its lyrical or mumble.but when it comes to rap lyrical rap is clearly supirior
Deadass, I used to think that Pump and Xan were the two worst of all time and refused to listen to people like Lil Uzi because I thought he was mumbke rap.
@Ki E definitely carti lmfao but if you go into his older stuff there is a few songs he goes lyrical and what now a good song to start is either Beef or Fetti
What’s funny too is that Em has already gotten over his past “I hate mumble rap” era like we saw on Kamikaze. Hell he’s collaborating with a lot of new age rappers recently.
@GreenFroppy 212 his shit with cordae and jack harlow was pretty good a fun listen is a fun listen, would be lit to see how he could sound like with either Denzel curry , post malone or lil nas x. I know for a fact he’s doing something with boogie with da hoodie so that’s great that he’s hitting it up with newer artists.
Nah hold up let me inform you. I agree I should change it but I can’t until two months have passed. I decided to insult bts and a bunch of k pop fans attacked me so I made this my name so they would stop. It worked so I didn’t change it, but I definetky should

@@AlwaysL1t The Binge EP would say otherwise. Regardless. Em comes from battle rap, ignorance is a weapon. You call someone a mumble rapper when they're not, that's disrespectful as fuck, and it was a DISS track.. remember?
We need "Cringing with" episodes much more often. It's the best segment that you have on either channel. Plus there is no lack of cringy music or instances involving music that are cringe. You could feasibly do these weekly.
That's like asking for Christmas or your birthday more than once a year. It's a special moment when these pop up in the feed. Plus his editor(s) would suffer from work overload.
Cringe is overused already, if he started doing cringe reactions every week it would be boring so quick. Right now when one comes out you KNOW it's gonna be some good cringe
@Ura Kanaki Because they're attacking mumble rap for being simple and lacking substance in a rap diss that is overloaded with words, but somehow has the same amount of substance
@Ura Kanaki Rapping really fast and saying absolutely nothing in the process isn’t real hip hop either. Both lack substance, you just think rapping really fast sounds good. Rapping fat might actually be worse because of how superior they see themselves. It’s the same shit.
Any other channels this guy studied for years to copy, experts??? So if I go make a channel right now that review music, am I copying him too? Y'all are dumb. That can be a dope scheme and great wordplay if used right. Just most try and syllable you to death thinking it’s fire. Eminem does that to show off his speed and unique flows but goes for 30 seconds just to show the difference between pro’s and legends.
@Ura Kanaki bro its not even one of eminems best albums. dogshit mixing, dogshit features, dogshit instrumentals, dogshit vocals, ok flows but dogshit lyrics (with the exception of castle, arose and framed) dogshit hooks. its complete trash, the only ok songs are walk on water, castle, arose, framed and the verses on offended. the rest is damn near unlistenable
When a couple of rappers who were up to no good Started mumble rapping in my neighborhood I dropped one little bomb on their artillery and Hillary got scared And said your moving with Mac Lethal and Crypt to Benghazi
I don't understand how people listen to only music like this, like I dont wanna be chilling and hearing some guy shouting at me, you just know people who listen to this have red bull and monster coursing through their veins
same can be said about people that listen to repetitive trash that talks about nothing but sex, drugs and money. or if they use words at all. no argument can be made on your side also, since theres so many songs/artists,mentioning being original will be pointless
@@thoticcusprime9309 if I were chilling out listening to music which is most of the time whem I'm listening to it then I would rather hear that side of music, only time I enjoy this kind is at the gym, otherwise its a bit too much for me, I enjoyed this kind of rap more when I was younger though
Why is it that every rapper doing an Eminem impersonation is always imitating like Revival era Eminem and never that classic Slim Shady shit? Bless u for this shitpost tho melon it brings me unbelievable joy to see you having this much fun.
The whole short lady giving birth to 84 babies is some classic em shit. Idk if any of yall actually heard his old stuff but it was just as zany and off the wall.
Even then it’s corny. Eminem was who he was because of the things he went thru in his life. Everyone else that tries to do that just seem like the cheap version.

@@Supes97 Hello Nathan, I also hate mumble (c)rappers. I know other great rappers you should try like Nf, half of Logic (his other half is scary), and some of Joyner Lucas’s songs, but he’s a little scary.
@@randomguy8228 LMFAO! Joke on you 😆, i genuinely despise all three of 'em + Hopsin and Tech N9ne and all the other rippity rappers... @@Supes97 I don’t anyone with brain cells believes that Eminem is a bad rapper, it’s just that his style is very attractive to people who don’t really listen to other rappers and who don’t know how to actually write a rap song. Doesn’t help that Eminem has written some pretty corny lines.
@@DDub04 Of course dude, he wrote whole corny songs not just lines but man people just love to hate on him and call him overrated for no reason just because he's either better than fav rappers or he's simply white (for racists)
Many RU-vid rappers are not only much better lyricists but produce much better songs than the mainstream rappers who suck dick of big corps to sell their shit. Pay more attention kiddo, don't judge a song by the platform used to distribute it, but by its own merit (Quadeca said it)
@@Mendaxxx yes i absolutely agree quadeca > kendrick lamar and mac lethal > j cole and crypt > dave and you definitely aren't a fucking moron with awful taste in music.
Daniel Perez There’s a big difference between fast/corny rappers and lyrical rapper. Rappers like Kendrick Lamar or Danny Brown aren’t corny at all or opposed to mumble rap and certainly have a ton of enjoyable tracks that don’t suffer from their lyricism. The “rappers” in this video aren’t lyrical, they think they are by rapping fast but not every rapper is either lyrical or mumbling.
True, true, true. I feel like that line on unaccommodating is too much looked on... The line is a lil overrated I feel like.. although this isn't related: I recommend you listen to Darkness, pretty good lyrically lol, thats all.,
@@unfried_ I kinda prefer Never love again way more apart from the fact that it's another lovey dove break up song with Eminem hinting us with a significant someone that he never mentions if it's based on true feelings or not, but he did pretty well on that song a bit more than Darkness tbh. I like the beat switch at the middle and how he flowed on that beat, the hook isn't anything too special but it sets a fairly appropriate tone for the track, while on Darkness, while I don't hate the track, I just couldn't replay that song more than once and I can't enjoy it since the subject matter is already been used by many other rappers, I do like how the whole song is a double entendre but I hate that he says double entendre in the adlib, and the hook isn't that good, pluw the music video is easily one of the most forgettable music videos he has, so I wouldn't recommend Darkness to anyone if I want them to be into Em's music, let alone his new style
Eminem has these white dudes thinking that they can grow a beard, throw a hoodie on and rap about godzilla's mom's slippers really fast. Its really sad see actually.
Maybe mumble rappers don’t wanna take the time to make beats any less generic than trap beats because they’re already solidifying their reputation as a one trick pony for one lame trend in the long history of hip-hop
Not all trap beats suck, but a lot are really similar in general. Tech N9ne and Token have interesting beats. But than again some people prefer actual drums instead of 808’s
21 Savage: I'd rather have loyalty than love, cause love really don't mean jack.See love is just a feeling, you can love somebody and still stab them in the back. It don't take much to love, you can love somebody just by being attached. See loyalty is an action, you can love or hate me and still have my back. Mac Lethal: I'm crazier than a short lady giving birth to 84 babies
because that facebook post of a verse is soooooo insightful and thought provoking, definitely doesnt sound like something a 13 year old wrote after being dumped over text lmao.
I feel like this is a joke, but when I was still in a music elitist mindset, hearing rock artists constantly put out music that was blatantly mediocre and derivative of their older work *at best* made me realize how dumb it is to value things like "skill" in terms of what music you enjoy, in more than like a perspective of appreciating the work put in. I had a similar reaction when I first heard D Rose by Lil Pump. I had heard so much mediocre rippity rapping and then there's this guy just saying the same four lines again and again and I didn't exactly love it initially but it awoke something in me.
@@AspectEXE Because none of the songs are particularly great. Angel of death is a sold rap, but the chorus is terrible on a Tom Macdonald level. Tech and Futuristic actually have a few good songs together, but songs like Talk just aren't great. I actually enjoy both Mac and Futuristic, but their songs with tech n9ne miss the mark.
Them flipping off the camera reminds me of every facebook picture from the kid who hangs out at the bus stop outside his old high school while smoking cigarettes with current high schoolers who are ditching class.
You can't call other rappers out when you're dropping bars like "I'll pillage your village". What's next, are they going to rhyme poop with hoop or dog with fog?
Sentirion Beats I agree with the lyrical content point this video makes, but uh, that part was supposed to be quoting other people who talk shit about their style of rap
@@invigor8986 well lyrical rap is boring and I'd much rather listen to Kanye West, J Cole, Roddy Rich, Young Thug or Travis scott than these eminem ripoffs
Eminem: “Showed them all the blueprint and formula, but it seems like the more they studied my music, the more they remind me of eyeballs, I'm watching my pupils get cornier“ Sad that they can‘t grasp the fact that both lyrical rap and mumble rap have every right to exist.
