Holm has something special. Pure professional. Look at her incremental warmup. Every single fight she sets the tempo and the spacing. She is always the aggressor; her opponents are always reacting to her, versus pushing her.

I feel holy was the perfect opponent for rounda , was very good on her strikes and all that , but overall I don’t think she was so good , but at that time rounda was so badass that even if a novice like me beats her I’d get so popular immediately so kudos to holms

Disappointed with a "Full Fight" so heavily edited. Holly definitely has a heart of a warrior. Very impressive to hang in there and never give up. Takes real guts to get smacked and keep moving forward.
The only thing with cyborg is she looks just like wanderlei Silva like that's her daddy's brother or something, that's why people say that. But fr as a grown person like if your a female your weak and a sheeple to go along with social norms to play yourself as somehow more attractive than these women by saying their a man. To me the only reason Dana White went there was when she wore that dress and to me a woman is allowed to wear dresses if she wants to, it would have been more flattering for her body type if she wore like a skin-tight suit like a like a Catwoman suit or like deep diving swim suit or did a androgenous thing by wearing a tuxedo and hills

Holly went the distance with the UFC version of Cris freaking Cyborg at a time when Cyborg's fights were typically one sided beat downs ending in a flurry of ground & pound agony for her victims. Never forget how dominant Cyborg was or how goddamned intimidating it must have been to face her in that octagon.
Agreed! She was terrifying and so powerful and skilled and Holm was talented and skilled and brave and so well trained and if I had to go up against Cyborg I would run the other way if I didn't want to get severly beaten.

Question: About every 4-5 seconds of the fight, the fight skips about 8-seconds...over and over again. I notice this on a lot of full MMF Full Fights from different channels. Why??? Copyright issues maybe???

You can't call it a full fight if you cut out 1/3 of the action. The cuts were jarring and difficult to watch. This is a fight I haven't seen and it was impossible to watch with the fighters teleporting all over the place.
Holly Holm fought a good fight against Cyborg. I think Holm did much better in this fight than she did in the last fights she lost. Holm kept Cyborg from pounding her into oblivion as Cris usual does to her opponents. Considering both women are now entering MIDDLE AGE, they gave a remarkable performance! I can’t say much for the editing - it was TERRIBLE!
Cyborg is still one of the best strikers, but she’s noticeably past her prime. She doesn’t have the same intensity and strength, but her defense has improved.

Holly was so determined to win the fight by using her signature head kick, didn’t work. She should’ve mixed it up and used her kick to strike cyborg on the rib cage.
holly is a world champ boxer. thought she should have been more willing to get in pocket after 1st. see if she could use her advantage as pure boxer to land combo's and trust her head movement more. Cyborg's power is extremely dangerous, not advocating brawl, but a few combo's of 3, 4, 5 punches before seperating. especially when cyborg was on cage, when breaking clinch. Cyborg was so good thenm idk if holly had size to win...Amanda stopped Cyborg, but idk if she'd have done it again. Cyborg didn't respect Nunes power and thought a brawl was to her advantage. If she'd have resisted that urge she likely out boxes Amanda

I’m curious about the editing…. Were these just randomly chosen moments of the fight, just put together in a fashion that makes absolutely no sense? That sounds harsh, but I ***really*** don’t understand how else the footage could have been thrown together……it sure as hell wasn’t anything approaching “**full fight** night championship”.
When in the clinch, Holly should have tried to knee Cris in the thighs to reduce movement, speed and power .. not sure how much impact it would've had -- but better than nothing.

95 % of female fighters look like dudes IMO. Nothing real attractive about a woman who could beat my ass either. The ones that are pretty don’t last long and don’t stay pretty.
I don't think Holly will ever get the credit she deserves. Before Nunes, no one could stand with Cyborg. Holly did it for 15 minutes. Destroying Rousey, then losing to Tate, seems to put a damper on her legacy, but I disagree. Tate was a beast in her own right. My top 5 female MMA fighters- Nunes Cyborg Shevcheno Holly Joanna
