Thank you for this. I'm a grief counselor for terminally ill children. Over the past 6mos hearing this voice of a man of color & his specific words are soothing to me & have helped me fall asleep. Amazed by that. Please continue to offer a variety of voices...I was disappointed when Heaspace put up people of color only for a month in February and took the access away. This is valuable resource for the mental well being of people of color. Again thank you.

This is so wonderful, thank you so much. That's exactly what you do, throwing 1 starfish back to the ocean, 1 at a time (in this case this starfish seems to be me :))

Ive been feeling hopeless and worthless for so long its felt like ive been this way since i was in middle school and im a senior now and its only gotten worse. I know i should talk to someone but i really dont want too

Because they are helping in a political way? Or in a political space? Or concerned that others will peg them into a political party for their actions? I do not know.
