😃 my daughter's favourite dish... I don't use besan and amchur power or chat masala... Sometimes curd or lemon juice is also can be used.... Surely try this recipe... Its amazing and delicious 😋 😍
Sirji we parsis also fry baigan this way. But we add garlic n ginger paste along with masalas but we do not add besan we add little water. We also prick the slices with fork n than apply the masalas n fry. 😋👍🙏
