@@divascancook yes the coating is everything. I was vegan but now I’m an occasional meat eater. Long story. Any way, I’m going to try your method one day this week. I don’t do dairy. I hope Almond Milk works for the gravy. And my ‘trick’ to good gravy is Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth.

I failed miserably on this recipe... not sure what I did wrong. The steak didn't get golden brown it was this sorry looking tan color and the flour bubble off the steak 😭

looks delicious, yehh gotta have a taste BOMB 💣😂 for sure ,,never tried batter with a full egg i only use the white of egg ,looked crispy also i do like corn flour for a crispy smooth batter and because i m weird would dice a raw onion on the side just to poke an extra bit of flavour out the potatoes i,m greedy 😱😂😂😂
