Fry Onion Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Onions (piyaz) 3
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 liter
Directions:
-Peel off onions and cut them with the help of a salad cutter or knife.
-Then, separate them properly.
-In a deep pan, add oil and heat it on high flame.
-Add onions and fry them until light brown in color.
-In a tray, place a butter paper on it. Then spread fried onions on it and let them cool.
-You can save them in an airtight bag in the refrigerator for 3-4 months.
Tips and Tricks:
-Don't cut the bottom (root end) of the onion so that you can easily grip it while grating.
-After frying, remove the air from the fried onions to make them crispy and enhance their shelf life.
-Use the leftover oil to cook biryani or qorma.
