Hey people, when AB mentions Creole Kick trust me,he ain't lying this stuff is great! outside of black pepper it's all i use. try it you won't be sorry.
Use a vortex ever week but you have it upside down. Put a pice of your favorite wood over your fire on top of grill and get a really good smoke . Great looking chicken wings .
My Guy!!! 👏🏿 Right off the bat !! My pet peeve is seeing people cook and touching they seasoning container and the meat without washing they hands. I saw you properly wash and then using one hand for meat and one for the seasoning 💪🏿👨🏿🎓 proud to see you get it a lot of old folks and young folk miss that part … bacteria 🦠 is real man . People out here dying from food poisoning everyday.
I was just thinking where is AB with the game day menu🙄🏈! I knew you wouldn't let us down! You came through and threw down😋! (Love how you don't cross-contaminate by the way).
Those wings look amazing! I would have never thought to put the flour ones on the grill! Yummy, I’m definitely going to try that!🙌🏽👏🏽Thanks for sharing!
We did it AB, Super Bowl Champs!! Cooked 150 with Creole Kick, Naked on my Komato Joe. Let me tell you, they wiped them out. I’m telling ya, if you’re not using that Creole Kick, you’re missing out! Great recipe AB!!
Hay .AB. HAPPY BLESSED SUNDAY .AB. is in the kitchen again go ahead show out do your thing move back watch back slide back slide to the left slide to the right let.AB. right on in to do his thing. FAMILY MAN👍🏾👍🏾🙏🏿🙏🏿
Looking good AB. I’ll have to try those seasonings. When I use my Vortex, I’ll use it the other way with the narrow end up. You get hotter temps. I was up to 500 degrees, but it’s all personal preference. Most times I’ve seen when people use the vortex the way you do, they put something like a whole chicken over the vortex with that being the indirect zone and they will put the charcoal outside of the vortex. It’s a versatile product.
Quick tip bro, you don't need that big torch for the charcoal starter, those are for bigger stick burners, get yourself a Map gas torch from lowes and always start your fire from the bottom of the charcoal starter not the top. Heat rises my man. Good job in the end, I only use the vortex for wings too. No other method compares
Today is the big games. Superbowl won't be the same without chicken wings. It's game time. Thanks ab for this wonderful and delightful chicken wings. 😋☺😊
My wife and I love your channel! Every recipe we've cooked from your RU-vid channel has been amazing! Keep up the good work. I would love to have your backyard griddle!

LOVE your videos but could you turn up your mic volume and the music down a hair? I want to hear you more than the tunes :-). Thanks again for a great channel!
I used to watch my Dad and uncles barbecue, but I didn't feel confident that I would be able to master it. I think I'm going to have to put my Big Girl panties on and try it now. You do make everything look so easy! BTW, I'm up to 3 different Smokie Joe products, but now I see I'm going to have to try some more! LOL
Hey AB I made some wings with my vortex yesterday using my Mississippi grind rub and they were phenomenal 😋. I put a chunk of wood in the middle of the grill to impart the flavor into the wings. I haven’t tried to put a coating on to make them really crispy will try next time. Keep these videos coming and I’m looking forward to seeing more grill related content. We’re grill twins I have that same copper weber.
Been looking for somebody to grill some wings and make them crispy. I no longer have a Vortex or even a webber for that matter. I am reduced to a propane grill at the moment but these basics tips still work to get both types of wings delicious. Shopping right now for a smoker since just built a house. Anyway. Great tips and a real down to earth dude. Keep up the good work man
A.B. along with the wings, I'm serving your Taco Pasta also!!! I'm looking forward to the time with friends and your great food recipes!!! Go Chief's!!! Thanks A.B , w.w.
