Dear viewers I get lot of questions regarding use of curd in fish marination, Curd can be used for fish marination but remember you need to grill the fish immediately which means it's for quick use but if you plan to eat later add malt Vinegar and there is no harm in adding curd in marination if you still don't wish to you can add malt Vinegar.
Chef there's a dish called "Dahi Catla (fish)" in Bengal and the main ingredients are just Dahi and Catla fish. So yes there's no harm using Curd and fish together. Thank you for this recipe chef....
