Today I’m going to share with you how I make the best tacos dorados fajita style! Let me tell you to be honest this tacos and salsa is all you need! It’s so delicious, this is one of the salsas my mom always makes because you don’t boil or cook anything she calls it salsa cruda and is typical enjoyed with chicharrónes ugh it’s seriously delicious! It is spicy tho so if you can’t tolerate it, add more tomatoes, use less arbol or use Chile japonés instead just make sure you strain the salsa if needed 😊

Tip!!!! You can enjoy them by themselves with just the salsa 😊
Ingredients:
2 lbs Chuck tender roast
2 lbs short ribs
1 white onion
1 garlic head
3 bay leaves
Cilantro
Corn tortillas
Mexican 4 cheese or your favorite melting cheese
Purple onion sliced
3 Anaheim peppers sliced
2 roma tomatoes chopped
For the salsa:
4 Chile puya
15-20 chile árbol
1 roma tomato
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 white onion chopped
1 roma tomato chopped
Handful of cilantro
Limón juice
Salt
Pepper
