As someone who Dm's Wildemount, is not usually THAT bad, but in a party full of nobles (in nicodranas) oh boy that illusion is mandatory and Matt did a great job showing it's fear of being discovered! If they are doing hard work or seem to have a rough time tho, people just sees it as fair retribution (the ones who know about Draconia). For Ravenites (maybe some others), unless they have some reason to not or are just too young, I'm absolutely going to RP how they beat the shit or show something against +35 year old draconbloods. And for the ones that just know that dragonborns exist, some have tails and others not, they see them as uncommon people (like a foreign), but people nonetheless.
