“I don’t give a rip. You don’t compromise an animal’s health.” The words of a man who truly loves, admires, and respects the animals that he handles and interacts with.
I never saw Steve get mad before, but man did you feel his passion even then. He came off like a parent almost not just another boss who's cross with something that conflicts with his scheduling. I guess animal safety was just something you could "work around".
I really miss Steve Irwin, I grew up watching his videos, he had so much passion for what he did, which made his videos so much fun to watch, not to mention he had balls of steel , you never knew what was gonna happen next, but whatever it was you knew It would be flippin awesome lol.
So many ppl were negative about his work. I loved his passion and his message of conservation. Ppl used to say he's an idiot he catches wild animals and he should leave them alone but without his documentaries I wouldn't be as educated or as inspired. They'll never be another like him.
Steve's personality is so huge that he comes to life right in front of you and takes you with him on the journey every time. There's a beautiful immortality to that. His energy is still alive.
I've been watching Crikey it's the Irwins and it makes me miss Steve and his hands on approach. he had no fear in animals. It's was a beautiful passion on display
No one has or will ever take steve's place, he was just an amazing person that touched all our hearts, never met him in person but i felt like he was my friend, i learned all i know about animals from him, he was captivating and you could binge watch his show without ever getting bored. I allways have kept him and his beautiful family in my prayers. I am american and i would love to live in Australia, such friendly people, Australia is beautiful and one place i have got to visit in my lifetime.
The rest of the world is jealous of Australia, because the rest of the world WISHES Steve belonged to them. This is my favourite vid of him, so passionate about the welfare of the animals that he does everything he can to make sure they're safe. And to think, just a couple weeks ago PETA slandered his good name.
Except... Steve did belong to the world, he made that fact very clear almost on a daily level when caring about animals globally, he wanted everyone GLOBALLY to be on same level as him when it came to loving and caring for animals, Australia was his home, but at the end of the day, he utilized this blue ball we live on like nobody else.
@@BossKernelVODs absolutely right. and my desire, as many others, to want to go to Australia, comes as a side-effect of loving this man and seeing his passion for this planet's wildlife. I've always fancied Australia anyway. But Steve Irwin made it my #1 on my bucket list.
@@briandoubleu2015australia is an otherworldly kind of beautiful. moved here when i was 13 and it took my breath away. everything from the skies to the ocean is just so incredible and unique. you’ve never seen a sunset until you’ve seen it in australia imo. just unlike anything i’ve seen before and i’m so happy that steve shared it’s beauty with the world.
I think I would rather be stung by a stingray, instead of death rolled by a crocodile, don’t get me wrong both ways would SUCK but i think it’s better that there was an actual body to bring back to his family instead of pieces that were ripped up by a croc
@@maclaintrepanier2511 he said many times he hoped he would go out in a death roll. He thought it would be a great learning experience for others and also hoped it was on film.
Natasha Schmidt that still doesn’t change what I said if he was death rolled by a croc there wouldn’t have been a body for his family it would’ve just been chunks of meat
this is one of the few times you see steve aggravated and with good reason, you have to keep the animals in good health and make sure that the environment is comfortable to keep the animals happy
that's exactly how i thought/felt when i saw that part. A lot of people don''t take him seriously because of how energetic he is. But that side of Steve shows how passionate he is about the animals and their well-being
I grew up watching Steve Irwin, I honesty loved him! He’s the reason I love animals, the way I do. I wish he was still alive 😢 RIP Steve you true legend 💙
It wasn't always easy, but Steve was willing to go to any length to protect the wildlife he admired so much, and for that we'll always remember him as the legend he was. RIP Steve Irwin
He definitely wouldn't have been killed by a Crocodile; way too much experience with them. He himself said he always figured it would be something weird/obscure that he didn't interact with often.
Steve is a legend who will never be forgotten. Steve was the very best at what he did. Steve was not only great with all the wildlife but he was a total gentleman with everyone he met. All your fans miss you so much, Steve.
Omg I used to watch this show as a kid! Bindi's just 1.5 years older than me so it was heaps of fun to watch her shows as well, especially Bindi The Jungle Girl, which I watched every day after school!
I hear the newer generation saying oh his personality and attitude was fake. Its just sad that most of us cannot be so enthusiast and loving about anything; let alone how Steve viewed every living creature and the whole planet. I tell myself to worry less and be as in the moment and conscious of life around us as Steve was. He was and will always be my Idol. Never once have I ever doubted his passion and its inspiring! We were so lucky to have a soul like him.
Frighttrain260 I want to THANK YOU for all the Steve Irwin stuff! :) I truly miss him so much and all your video'sI have been upn all night watching them, some made me cry and others made me laugh. But they all touched me.. Again I thank you :)
Amongst his many positive traits, Steve was also an expert on wholesome language. For example at 5:13 he says "I don't give a Rip". He used the word Rip, which does not begin with an F. Furthermore, if you examine the many times he used the word CRIKEY, it is easy to imagine less wholesome words that could have been used. ie. Holy CRIKEY, What the CRIKEY, CRIKEY you, or go CRIKEY youself. - I leave this comment with the utmost respect for Steve and hope I don't catch CRIKEY for it.
the wallabies remind me of the pigs we had. every time we rotated their pasture they would find some new way to get in to the chicken coop and steal their food. PIGS ARE SMART PEOPLE!!!
firos: hey i am from India i personally miss him, i miss one of the great person who lived for and passion and when he gone back he did did it in passion to i salute his family. especially his better half, because she was his better half by all the means.
But it was just a dream for the teen, who was a fiend Started smokin woolies at sixteen And running up in gates, and doing hits for high stakes Making my way on fire escapes
