Melanie Ham used to be my go to. But you are definitely my favorite. You explain in detail which I love. Thank you so much for what you do. Please keep going, and I will try everything you do. ❤
Tiffany, I want to thank you so very much for giving yarn substitutes for us especially for those of us with wool allergies. I appreciate you so much. This cowl is so beautiful and I think the Red Heart Roll With It Mélange will be a great yarn for it. Blessings 💜💜
Thank you Tiffany. You are an excellent teacher! I have an acrylic, shiny, graduated colour yarn that I knew I had to just find the “right” project to use it on. This is it! I also know that I will make this again for myself in wool fibre. I also bought the pattern - Just love it ❤️Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺
Tiffany this is adorable. I have a lot of granddaughters that would love this for Christmas. Thank you for helping me check off some of my Christmas. You are awesome Tiffany enjoy your videos and you are so talented and professional.
Awe!! Thank you so much Linda!! I’m so glad I could help you with some Christmas gift ideas and enjoy the process!! Please let me know how it goes making your bandana cowls. 😊🧶❤️
Ohhh the pain when you have to frog so many rows. >.< This looks so cute, and perfect to go under a jacket instead of a scarf or a more traditionally shaped cowl to make sure you don't get a draft between the collar and your body. This is definitely going on my list of projects.
@@CrochetWithTiffany And I finished! My yarn was with long stripes rather than variegated, so I ended up colour controlling it so I had nice neat colour changes. Of course, that meant I had more ends to weave in but it was worth it. It looks so gorgeous and it's beautifully warm. The only downside is that you can't see the gorgeous sparkle when I take a photo of it, but I'll go ahead and post it when I can get some decent pics. It's so easy, and yet the result is so gorgeous, and, of course, you can make it smaller or larger as needed. I started mine a little larger and because my gauge wasn't the same (my 4 weight yarn was more like a 3 weight!), I just chained until I reached the length I needed to match the circumference of the neck hole, and went from there, so you could make this work with pretty much any yarn weight too.
Hi tiffany hansen right now I am working on my cottage core mosaic blanket and granny squares and I love your channel and your videos and if you keep making videos I will keep watching them and what is your favorite crochet project to work on right now and favorite type of yarn to used when crocheting
You sure could Monica! You will want to check your foundation row is the size you want for your cowl and work however many rows you want. But I recommend working more chains than I did because your yarn will be thinner and the stitches smaller. Have Fun! 😊❤️🧶
Great question. That depends on how much yarn is in each skein. I used 3 skeins of this specific yarn. It also depends on how long you want you Bandana scarf. 😊❤️🧶
Oh gosh, that is the million dollar question. I used 2 skeins of this specific yarn. But now a days there are SOOOO many different skeins out there with different amounts of yarn in each and the thickness of the yarn ranges from a thin to a fat version of itself. So, if you can, start with the number of yards I mention in the tutorial and pattern and try to use that. It is very possible, depending on the yarn you decide to use, that you only need one skein.... or could need 3....
