Crochet Heart Tote Bag Tutorial 

I just finished two squares but I will update to let you know when I finish. Thank you for this tutorial because I can actually make something for myself. I find that I am always making things for other people but I can finally make something for myself so thank you😃 Edit: just crochet 11 squares. 7 more to go. Wish me luck Edit: no. I just ran out of white yarn now I gotta go to Michals and but more. Update later Hey update, when I went to Michaels they didn't have the exact white yarn I used so instead I just got this glittery white yarn instead. I made a lot more squares the same day. And then I finished the tote during vacation in Calgary. I love this tote bag and now I bring it everywhere. Thank u so much for this tutorial. I wish I can show u the tote bag because I am so proud of myself for making it.

So this video is a year old, but I just started mine. I'll post updates whenever I can. I'm using black and white yarn. Just started the first square, and boy am I exhausted. Cant waitt to share more updates ❤ UPDATES! So I'm making my tenth square. It's gotten a lot easier. The tutorial worked. Just be patient. Although I had to go back to the other tutorial video of making the square from scratch because following this one was a little bit fast for me.

I would definitely want a liner inside this bag as to not get stuck on the loose yarns.

For I am a beginner, this was a bit tricky, so if your a beginner I recommend changing the setting of the speed of the video to make it slower, it definitely helped me. But if you don’t have the time I don’t recommend it, it took a lot of time for me and I still don’t full understand it + I haven’t even finished because of how bad of a crocheter aha.

I like the pattern, I however did single crochet and passed my hook under booth loops rather than going through the back loops only. I prefer a flatter and cleaner design, but thank you for sharing the pattern.

How much yarn for each colour

Sew a lining of the inside of the bag with a piece of cloth and you so t have to worry about stretching do it by hand or a sewing machine because the yarn on the inside is going to get caught on something and break

how many yarn do i need?

Hey I have a question, I have chains on the top of the square but on the side it’s all ribbing. How am I able to connect the squares side by side with ribbing? And I see that you have chains at the side of your square, how do you do that? Thank you!
