Crochet Houndstooth Sweater Size S-5XL 

I just finished this sweater. I made it in black and white and it turned out beautifully. I have gotten so many compliments. I wish I could post how it looks to you. Thanks again.

I really like the texture and the colors you used. Just recently I was in Target, looking at a houndstooth sweater I liked, and I said, "Meh, I could just make something similar. But it would be in colors and with a texture I like better." I don't fully understand why it felt so empowering to say that I didn't need to buy a thing because I am capable of making it, but it sure did.

This looks so nice , I will try it , I’ve never made a crochet sweater but I think I can do this one . The music in the background was very relaxing. Whenever I attempt to do something new I get tense and very often my stitches get tight .... I’ll put some soothing music on and I think it will help me. Thank you for this tutorial !!

Thank you Carrie... I have made the 3XL as I am a UK16 but love big baggy sweaters... So for others info, the chest measurements across armpits is 32”.... so full measurements would be 64” chest 🙂.

I’m making this out of Hobby Lobby I Love This Wool! I’m using Colors: Ivory and Biscuit for a subtle contrast! Made a hat already from other Utube videos and my own modifications to match! I used a decrease of three stitches together to continue the pattern around for my hat, working in a spiral around to the top. Happy crocheting!
