A two coloured Swirl Ribbed Beanie. An easy Pattern that uses up scrap yarn. This is a size for a new-born baby, completed in DK/8ply acrylic yarn using a 5.5mm hook.
I absolutely love this pattern. This is my most favorite one of all. I've made many of these using solid colors or two colors or one row in solid color & other row in variegated for contrast. I've made these in all sizes for babies up to adults by simply increasing. Thank you for a very well explained tutorial from this Canadian gal
I found your channel doing a search for this pattern. I’ve never made a hat, but most other crocheters said this pattern was a great one to learn from!! You give excellent lessons, I wish you were still making content!!🧶❤️
These are adorable! Definitely a nice pattern for hats instead of the same old ones you normally see. Could add a pom-pom, too. So pretty. Thank you. 🦋
Thank you very much, I love this pattern, so easy and fast for something so beautiful I just love it. I have made 2 so far while visiting my daughter in hospital and all the nurses love it. Might make some for the little newborn babies.
That is so easy to crochet for hat with two different color yarns. And also, I use a magic ring that will look much better and tight enough without a hole visually. 🙂👍👍
Thank you for this tutorial, I have done this pattern for a few beanies, but only in one colour. I love your two colour one and will give it a go in the next couple of days. Winter is coming soon here in the mountains of far north QLD here in Australia, the temerprature is going down already. Thank you again. Have a happy Easter.
Wooooooow! Dats a very cute way to discribe! I really want to try this.....! Thanks 4 sharing this beautiful baby cap! Wid Lots & Lots of Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Lovely pattern but too many important details are left out of this video. I’m a bit of a beginner to crochet although an advanced knitter. I’ve watched this 4 times and been stitching along but all I get are stripes without the twist and colors not connecting vertically. It’s pretty but nothing like this hat. Can anyone fill in some details? Thanks.
Both links use the same stitch so it doesn't really matter which one you use...There's yet another (written pattern) on the Ravelry site called the 'divine hat' and that's the same too - Not sure how people are avoiding copyright issues when they're all virtually the same hat !
In your search bar on RU-vid type, Ruby Stedman, she has one that is variegated yarn. You can use any color you want. Check it out, it is a good teaching video!!!
