Your mini microphone is so dang cute. That plant is INSANE !! You’re so talented my friend. Customs are brutal and I feel like I never end up charging enough for the amount of work bc they tend to always be something crazy that I end up having to freehand lol

I recommend putting crocheted plushies in a mesh bag when you wash them. It protects the eyes more and if any yarn comes unwoven, its in the bag.

Yay!! Love to see your videos. The safety eyes are unique! I like how you experiment with them (not just sparkle but little leaves/seaweed as well!) I wonder if a laundry bag would prevent the scratches on the eyes. Further testing required for science 😂❤

Hey Quinn! Always love your content. I have a tip for washing the plushies so the eyes won't scratch or at least won't scratch as much. I'd wash them in a pillow case. The Audrey II was so awesome! Also, really liked the test patterns you did. Everything looked great!

I put my plushies in pillowcases before I wash them. That might eliminate the eye scratching.

Wooow those bronze to gold eyes are gorgeous 👁️👄👁️ I’m team cotton yarn over here so I super appreciate the Audrey II plant 🪴 I just feel that if you want to make a more structured and detailed amigurumi you’ve got to use cotton or acrylic yarn 🧶 Chenille yarn certainly has its place, of course, but it just doesn’t quite cut it for some projects :) Hahaha yes you can definitely be a person who winks at the camera 😉

When you extent your worn (I have no idea how to spell that word) you could think about making a zipper so that in future you can easily remove stuffing to wash the body and also allows you to easily replace stuffing if needed. It's a wonderful item and I feel like it would be a piece that is kept for a very long time. In medieval times people would unstuff a toy, wash it and pack it away for the next generation on children and it's a piece that just has that vibe to it

That’s so exciting!! Make sure you have a battery backup for your phone, if you’re using a square reader make sure you play around with the app before the market so you’re comfortable with it, learn how to do the tap to pay since most people pay that way, Practice what you’ll say when people ask you basic questions like, what is crochet? how long have you been crocheting? How long does it take you to make these things? Make a go bag with the essentials you’ll bring to each market -baby wipes for your hands and to wipe down chalk board signs, pens and notebook, extra price tags, bags if you’re using them, deodorant, mints, a hairbrush and a project bag so you can crochet something while you’re there. Have a big smile and let people know you love what you do, you’re going to do awesome! I wish you all the best ❤️

I did normal cycle, cold water, powder tide detergent and in the dryer I did Cotton/High because I had towels in there. I should have mentioned it in the video and I forgot!
