Mine turned out terrible, I started with fifteen and ended up somehow with ten stitches... I will try again LOL... rewatching the video.. I can do this! :)
I struggle with that as well and my aunt thought me to use stitch markers and that helped a lot! I recommend searching it up and see a tutorial on it and maybe purchase some if it seems like something you’d want to work with! ❤️
Best crochet tutorial I saw so far! I made one for my aunt! It turned out AMAZING thank you for the tutorial (ps I'm only 9 years old) OMG TYSM FOR ALL THE LIKES!!
Claudetta, what a wonderful video. You used a solid color; you used a single strand, you spoke slowly and your pictures were up close and so clear. You cannot imagine some of the awful videos out there. One person insisted on demonstrating a so-called beginner headband but she herself used two different colors and a diff. weight, but told her viewers to use something else - it was a disaster. Then I found you. Heaven!!!
I started crocheting a couple of weeks ago and made a few granny squares and coasters, but this is my first wearable project and it turned out amazing!!! I am currently drowning in happiness as I am typing this comment :)) Thank you soo much for making it so easy, loved it
I made this and it is beautiful! Thank you. I didn’t think I could ever learn to crochet. Have since made a hat as well. Going to make a cowl to go with it! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏾!!!
I was super bored and wanted to crochet something while watching tv, this was perfect and easy, now I cant stop making them. Great tutorial, thank you!
I just made this for my teenage daughter. She loves it. Thank you for making this simple for beginners. You explained everything very well. I will be making more for her in different colors.💕
Thank you for this! You do such a great job of teaching :) My grandmother taught me and I was so scared to start up again without her guidance. Your video helped me get that confidence I needed! Thank you again!
I am realy very thankful to you, i have just finished mine, and it looks very cute , comfortable and it also warms the ears it is very good for cold، to be honest i was t expect the result i got 😍😍 i was realy surprised , i highly recommend for all who are new to crochet , again thank you so much
I love this pattern, thank you. I'm new to crochet and learning stitches and practicing didn't work for me. Making simple items and learning on the job has worked. I've made three this weekend, two for Christmas gifts
You are an amazing teacher. Thank you for all your tutorials. I’ve learned basic Tunisian techniques and made 2 headbands following your tutorials 🙌🏻❤️
Thank you for this tutorial! I didn't have quite as chunky a yarn at home, but it was still relatively quick! This was my first attempt (just got my crochet hooks a few days ago) and it went pretty smoothly 🥳
Just finished my first one. Turned out just like pic. Terrific instructions! I had trouble finding chunky or bulky yarn, so I doubled my medium weight yarn. First time trying that and it worked very well. I think it does throw the measurements off a bit or else I have an extra large head. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed following your tutorial...no need for written instructions.
@@autumnspring6624 I apologize for not answering sooner. I just saw your question. I doubled it by using both ends of the skein. You will want to pull the one out from the middle a bit more at first because it is tangled sometimes. Hope that helps.
I made mine with thin yarn for summer- I just chained a few more than she did at the start to make it wider, I'm going to make a fatter one for winter.
Haii I have a size 13 needle, I'm a beginner so I'm confused as to what size yarn can be crochetted using the needle I have, could you kindly help me out in this
I have been looking for a nice twist headband pattern that I could actually follow, and looks great. I won't be wasting my next skein on some of the convoluted things I've tried so far. And I learned a few little crochet tips I never knew at the same time. See you again, and thanks so much for sharing, this is great.
Thank you for this when I was a child my mother taught me how to sew and crochet... I still sew... but its been 14 years since she passed and I haven't crocheted since til today with your assistance it wasn't perfect but she would be so proud.💜💜💜 Thank you.
I just got done with one of your other headbands, they work up fast as lightning, and the way you teach to sew them together is perfect. You do the best tutorials. It's always gratifying when a project turns out beautifully.
Bom dia está tudo muito lindo amo dê paixão o crochê e os seus me deixarão maís apaixonada, gostaria de pedir um grande favor,de colocar a tradução para o português Brasileiro, pode ser? agradeço.
I got you! So that is called a slip knot, the first knot you make to start almost every crochet project! You can search up how to make a slip knot on RU-vid; it's so easy! You got this!😊👍
I am just learning how to crochet & the yarn is thinner than this & I have a 5 mm hook. 15 stitches wasn’t enough to go around my head so I kept adding chains. 95 of them is long enough to go around my head. Will this still work? It’s my first project.
wish it was slower, showing exactly where you put the needle through.. mine looks different from this and a have a hard time following. Had to redo many times and it’s still not working..
Believe before it's late! Our sins condemn us to hell because God is holy, but He in His love and mercy, sent His only son Jesus Christ to die in the cross for the forgiveness of sins, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus is coming, believe in the Lord!
I just purchase it for $7.99. Thanks to you I can make it for a LOT less, plus make some as presents for friends and family in their favorite colors...and 💲ave. I wish I had seen this before Christmas this headband and a scarf would make a lovely heart felt gift 💗. I'm a new subscriber!!!
