Drop the one colour and pick it back up on the next change 🥰 less yarn “waste” and thinner! Its how i work my buffalo plaid hats! I use this method for c2c aswell!

So excited to start making this! Question about the dimensions in the pattern... you said in the video that your panels turned out bigger than you expected and I am just doing gauge and my checkers are 4" instead of 3 1/2 using same yarn and smaller hook. Is this what you got? What are your actual final dimensions if they are different than the pattern? Thank you!

Before I buy the pattern, would you say this measurement would be considered a small? The pattern says the other sizes would be included. My daughter wants it and she normally wears medium size. Very nicely done!

I'd say this is a S/M !! I normally wear a S but this is definitely oversized. I include recommendations in the pattern adjust if you want a larger size :)

i would make your squares one or two stitches smaller and then narrow down your black panels!!
